North Carolina native, Brian Medford will teach you how to make the fluffiest southern biscuit. In this hands-on class, you'll learn techniques for mixing, rolling, cutting, and baking the perfect biscuit. Brian will also teach you how to make pork sausage gravy to top your biscuit. You'll also have the choice of a vegetarian mushroom gravy. After sharing a hearty biscuits and gravy meal, students will go home with some biscuits they baked in class.
