This event is a recital by tuba and euphonium players from all over the northwest. The local Astoria Tuba Quartet will be featured, as well as some solos and other small ensembles. This recital is part of the Harvey Phillips Northwest Big Brass Bash that is happening all weekend, July 8-10 at the PAC.
