Calabrian Collaboration June 15th & June 16th Our special guest, Rachel Gaetano of Gaetano’s Market and Deli will be joining Chef Holen in the Nekst kitchen for a collaboration dinner inspired by Rachel’s memories of cooking with her father. This Tasting menu will explore parts of Calabrian Cuisine while taking a few twists and turns along the way. Chef Holen is excited to learn some new tricks from Rachel.
