The North Coast Symphonic Band’s April concert is titled “Jazz, Pop, and Rock & Roll” and will feature an eclectic mix of music ranging from W.C. Handy to The Beatles and The Who. In addition, the band will be playing a few medleys including Selections from Chicago and Duke Ellington In Concert. Not only will the band be dipping into dixieland and blues tunes, but also having a little fun with songs from Sgt. Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band and even The Blues Brothers. Local saxophone quartet Quadrophone will perform prelude music from 1:30 to 1:55 p.m.
