Winter Waters A la carte
Join us for this winter waters inspired menu including wakame, kombu, sea lettuce, and dulse. This event will have an à la carte menu and reservations are highly encouraged.

Winter Water at NEKST in Astoria will give guests two opportunities to enjoy a spectacular meal focused on hyper-local and seasonal flavors, utilizing ingredients foraged and harvested on the coast.
This event is a la carte, but reservations are required. Menu is currently under construction, but will be posted early February.
The Pacific Northwest offers a plethora of ingredients throughout the year, from the forest to the ocean and from the hard working farmers that put their souls into the growing of premium ingredients. The juxtaposition of what ingredients are fresh is most intriguing to the Chefs that bring them to the table when they are at their best. Constantly changing menus, based on the season is exciting to us bringing not only prime time foods, but fresh ideas. The concept of Winter Waters is just that, an opportunity to showcase foods that might be available year round, but are at their best this particular time of year. Chef Chris Holen and Nekst Event, in partnership with winter waters pnw will be presenting an a la carte dinner menu incorporating and celebrating regenerative seafood, with an emphasis on farmed sea vegetables, including wakame, kombu, sea lettuce and dulse. This menu will feature numerous starters, mains and desserts to choose from, create your own adventure or just order the whole menu. It might be chilly and wet this time of year, but we’ll turn on the flame and celebrate what is best in season.
