THRON RIGGS, Painter, and Retired Columbia River Bar Pilot, will be the featured artist at Tempo Gallery in Astoria. He recently drove his camper south to surf and paint in Baja. His new series of paintings captures some of those salty, coastal landscapes. Thron paints with both acrylics and watercolors.
