Chef John Sowa of Sweet Basil Cafe (and former Iron Chef Goes Coastal winner) and Brut Wine Bar are teaming up on Fat Tuesday to bring a taste of New Orleans to Astoria, Oregon!  Come celebrate Mardi Gras on February 25th with Chef John's Jambalaya and Seafood Gumbo paired with some delicious wines picked specifically for the occasion.  Brut will be open at 3:00pm (as always) and the food will be available after 4:00pm.  Let's see everyone in their green, gold and purple (beads provided)!
